Permian is staffed for growth in 2018/2019. Until the infrastructure spend is ready to go, I would assume some under utilization.
Do they even have an active drilling rig running? Unfortunately they are one of the many casualties associated with the greedy money grab from the unconventional teams. You can blame L48 Pesiident DH, all of the L48 BU VPs, and the managers and supervisors who live and breathe the lies.
