We have a date at least for some of the planned CVS layoffs. According to WARN notices, several locations will be hit on December 15. WARN was filed both in New York and Pennsylvania, so locations at those states are the ones we know for sure are going to be affected in this round. If anybody knows more about other locations, please let us know.

Does anyone know in regards to the CNY area? We have lost a lot of business recently and have a total of 18 employees...
Does this apply to Omnicare's corporate office in Cincinnati? Our higher ups are being tight lipped.
Not only CVS retail but especially in a division called Coram home infusion were in Plainview all management with at least 20 plus years experience has been let go in the past 2 years. Many of them loyal employees and over 50 years of age. Big discrimination and horrible treatment. I could go on and on.
Layoffs happened in Corporate (Woonsocket and Cumberland) yesterday. Not sure of the total number of people impacted.

They are trying to buy out senior DM’s it’s going to be 1 manager 2 stores ... all other managers are going to be demoted. It’s going to get ugly!!!!
Full disclosure: Not a CVS employee, but someone contacted in the last week for for a Customer Care position. I am located in PA. I am just mildly curious if this layoff is supposed to cover the retail side, or all positions, like the one I was contacted for.
