Some groups were told there will be the usual yearly bonuses and small raises but other than percentages, no actual numbers. I have no idea about other parts of the company since some have a very different bonus structure.

Raises used to be in July and were pushed out to December. I would imagine that is a cost saving measure.

The 10% was a goal known since last year. All development since early 2016 seem to confirm that: May / June 2016 in NC - 1,000; summer 2016 - not sure, Dec 2016 - also 1,000 ?, June 2017 - vbo - 1,500, July 2017 - 450 or so, Oct 2017 - ?

There was a large tech layoff in Oct. I am one of the ones impacted.

Truth is that Fidelity lays people off just about every week. So, yes, there will be layoffs in December.

I expect some targeted cuts next year. PI and WI will continue to be hit disproportionately.

Fought to you by the same people who claimed 10% of the company gone in August, and a ‘huge layoff’ in October. More fear mongering nonsense. Keep your nose to the grindstone.
