DXC has a very shakey argument ... there is nothing in the T&Cs that mention leaving en masse. More of a case that DXC will hire expensive lawyers that will achieve nothing (but line their own pockets).
What are employment t’s and c’s?
no worries, dxc will not live long enough to see through those trials. it'll be bankrupted before that.
Encouraging other employees to leave with you to join a competitor, especially en masse to create a complete unit in another company is against your employment t's and c's...
Not too surprised they'd gun for these and its a reasonable action IMHO.
