How can they run LTIH with all network? Seems like they would need more coaches to keep watch

The clinical Care leaders for the network have availability to oversee more. Most are down in numbers. Also, they are giving more and more access to agency supervisors to oversee their cms. They could also just move a few CCLs from associate to network. They have said they aren't moving to an all network program but time will tell.
Maybe so but adding a few more coaches will be much less expensive than paying benefits and full salaries to the current fcms
