Follett has brang everyone's morale down. They don't want you laughing or being happy when your in work warehouse, store, etc. They just want everyone to quit so then they don't have to deal with us employees. People walk around are warehouse like zombies.

PUKqmPt-1kiz you sound like management. In adc there is no more good vibes. People use to be decent, but now you get sh___ed on every time you walk threw them doors.
that reads like someone wants to hide thier identity. Proper grammer isn't a unique identifier even wihtin follett management.
To be clear, management's goal isn't to make everyone sad. They don't care. Be happy and they won't care. Their goal is to have a just in time workforce that earns now vacation, benefits or seniority. They have no interest in a professional environment. Typical of follett management, they look at their workforce as a monolith. They fail to realize there are different reasons people come to work everyday.
Grammar is horrible for original post . We are serious when need be, also engage and enjoy our customers and coworkers. We have never been told not to laugh and enjoy, there is a time and place for everything
Not at my store, we laugh & make our customers laugh. Follett will not take that away from us.
