Thread regarding Education Management Corporation layoffs

How does it feel to be the villians in a best seller?

pretty sure if the world doesn't think for-profits are scum now, they will soon.

Okay this is all good and we'll but what is needed is a documentary. I wonder if all those non disclosure agreements remain in effect at this point. As far as I understand EDMC will remain in existence somewhere for the time being anyway.

Did those schools provide fake statistics, target poor, youth, vets with fake programs?

Point is there a people that have gone to good schools that are in major debt and have no careers or didn’t even graduate fool just like someone from AI. They are all putting people in debt and all cost to much fool. Our kids may not even be able to go to college if the cost keeps going up like this fool. You probably didn’t go to college so you wouldn’t understand. Lol

Yale vs. Ai, MIT vs. AU, Stanford vs. South.

Excellence vs. pump and dump loan mills.

Proven schools of quality and success vs. hstorically documented predatory numbers rackets; and failed ones at that!

Good argument FOOL. Now what was your point again?

Lol. As if non-profits for the last 40 yrs haven’t been raising fees and it’s all for profits fault. People like u make me sick. The biggest problem is people are going to college and taking out loans they can’t afford to pay back no matter if it’s Ai or Yale. Cost of college is way to high but u a$$es just want to point a finger at something instead of the entire problem.

The degree of sociopathic behavior in the for-profit now shape-shifting non-profit education "industry" as they describe

themselves has always been astounding. Keep sounding the alarm and tell all you know to stay away from these parasites that serve no purpose in society. Why this mess has gone on for so long speaks only to the venal nature of the country we live in but then again look who's president.

and now, by association of the Ai name alone, the non-profits are becoming synonymous with the for-profits as far as legitimacy goes. The students are not who is being served and you know it.
