Changes in the organization are affecting daily operations. Customers are getting very nervous. They are cutting teams here like there is no tomorrow. Management gives no packages to employees from affected teams. Management is forcing people to seek new jobs within DXC but they are simply none. Open positions are available to outsourcing staff only. DXC is a disgusting rotten up company with no future.

What teams have been hit by this? Are people working at GBC I, II or III building being affected? Are employees aware of local labour law requirements, when mass layoffs are planned by the company? Do they know there is local employee body to be consulted first? And finally what is the reason people stay with the company, if they do disregard it?
what can be done in such situations. we need to start movements to get such companies out of the country
