Check out The Times' article on the MODnet program (google the title).. Basically says the MoD are calling BS on the whole thing. I quote 'We managed to find something to go wrong every time'

Seeing as HP (the lead contractor) said it would be in by Sept 16 (in Aug 2015) I'm not surprised. Two company splits into HPE and then DXC and a reliance on a now HPE Helion product.
