did any employee get the salary hike and appraisal for quarter ended September 30. Since April 1, 2017 the appraisal cycle and hike is quarterly, I’m curious to know if their word is being kept and whether the average employee can expect to receive what was promised

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....This post is too damn funny. PAY HIKE?!?!?! yeah ok there was a pay hike if you're name is MIKE
LMAO.....OMG. You’re joking, right? hahahaha. Run Forrest Run!!!!
Negative , we have to pay for our internet, phones, paper , monitor's , extra computers , USB storage for backups. And now higher health benefits.
No more money here in the US for years
it was with great amusement I read that a DXC employee is expecting a salary increase!
Rofl
the quarte hrly results are on-track and the stock price is hovering around $ 90
if in such a positive environment there wont be pay hikes then this company should be doomed
The appraisal cycle within DXC is still yearly and not quarterly. The position with pay reviews is a bit less clear; Nefkens has talked of a quarterly cycle but then his HR chap has spoken of pay reviews being ad-hoc.
It is all a bit academic as I don't believe that anyone has had a pay rise for some time and future prospects are bleak.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
breathe
"pay hikes". HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
"Quarterly!" - ha ha ha. Now that's funny!
Imagine - that would require a manager to talk to their staff more than once a year!
Never going to happen.
There were no quarterly pay reviews in HPE - pay review was annual. If you got nothing in your end of year review, you knew that was another year gone by with no pay rise
There was an off-cycle process whereby your manager could beg for an increase for you based on a promotion or a flight risk or the fact that you were massively below your pay scale - but these were rarely successful. Every tactic under the sun was used to reject, slow down or just mess up the review
I know people who had off-cycle reviews agreed right up to the last day and then the likes of Kathy Garcia would just cancel them for no reason.
Or people who were told they would be getting x% and then when their payslip arrived, guess what - it was ony a quarter of x%. The excuse being "oh a mistake was made in payroll" but knowing full well that it would take another 3-4 months to try and get it fixed, by which time they would say a pay-freeze was in place..
Basically anything to avoid giving people a pay rise. Meanwhile set your goals folks, go above and beyond, run to the fire, enact our values etc etc
Yes I heard with disbelief that my new HPE colleagues apparently got quarterly pay reviews.
When it was brought up on our new joint DXC team call I fell about laughing.
DXC aren't going to pay you any more salary.
Seriously, stop sniffing glue or whatever and realise that you now need to look back at HPE as the "glory years".
This is DXC, now get back to slaving away and be thankful that you have a job peasants!
Let me guess, it started at 11.56 on September 29th?
Never heard of a quarterly appraisal or hike.
If you are expecting DXC management to keep their word you are in for a VERY long and bitterly disappointing reality
Oh, I guarantee an employee got a pay hike, but Mike isn't like the rest of you low-lifes.
