The small business group has laid off everybody in the main SF office. 120 folks, and possibly more from the other teams. Business decision is the party line, which seems plausible. Concerns about C1 exiting SF altogether are being expressed in the office.
I hear the package is quite good, a nice soft landing for most.

Depends on the employment level (associate/coordinator/Mgr/Dir/etc). Most was 16 weeks x 1 wk annual salary plus redeployment benefits.
