So? Those kind of layoffs have existed at Intel at least since Focal was introduced. There are no „rounds“. It‘s a continuous process. You apparently just happened to notice it for the first time now.
And it‘s not called layoffs if HC doesn‘t go down. It‘s enforced fluctuation. And as it is based on Focal ratings, it has nothing to do with H1B status either.
@2pbh If these layoffs are silent, how do you know about them? Also, if Intel has layed off people, why hasn‘t the total number of employees gone down?
