how old do you think you have to be to get bridged? 53-55?
A lot of tenured folks ready to bail. Work environment is lousy at best. Moving everyone to mini cube open environment. Last straw for many.
If they offer a bridge there will be a stampede for the door here in Plano, a whole lot of people want out
Can’t comment about the date... mostly I’ve heard November but I’ve also heard q1 from reputable sources. Below a three? Maybe a criteria, but doubtful it’s the sole criteria. Sincerely doubt “no severance for over 55”, as that would just open up a bunch of lawsuits. Now it could be they willl bridge you till your retirement date, which is a whole different ballgame and lots of people would probably jump on that.
