“It's inconvenient for almost everyone that works there.“

Except for the ones that made the decision...

All you have to do to see how clueless Noble Energy is look at the office location. Why would anyone locate a mid-size oil company at 249 and Louetta? It's inconvenient for almost everyone that works there.

There are too many "think tanks" at Noble where really "smart" people view oil wells and drilling as merely an abstraction. They are far removed from the reality of actually making money. Many will never earn one cent for Noble Energy while they are there.

My time at Noble was the worst of my career by far. It was a downward spiral from day 1. The last day that I drove away from that hell hole was exhilarating. I've never felt more free.

So we need to turn in the management team (a clique of good ol' boys if I ever saw one) to management? Do you think they are self aware of the clique they formed? Interesting.

The fact that there are cliques is what makes the workplace seem like high school.

If you are that miserable with Noble, management and the people there- please leave! We don’t need your nastiness.

What exactly are the ”cliques?” Is this high school? And what do you want Management to do about the “cliques?” Should they ban people from talking to each other? Make it so no one is allowed to be friends with anyone in their office? Sounds like a great plan. Grow up and stop worrying about who is friends with who.

I just wish management would wake up and take notice of the cliques around the office.

The best thing about Noble is I am gone from that sorry place!

That must be why Noble has a Glassdoor rating of 2.7 because everyone loves it so much. Anadarko has 4.0 Glassdoor rating. These are usually done by employees or ex-employees.

Top 5 joke is more accurate. Noble doesn't even vet in-house employees at the lower levels for new positions.there is one in particular that's already a joke around the office. Whoever recommended this person for a new position will be included in the joke as soon as known. Her previous manger is just relieved to be free of that problem. Grab some popcorn folks and watch the train wreck happen.

Noble is the worst place I have ever worked! I have worked for five different oil and gas companies during my 30 years. Noble is by far the worst. Not even close.
