Talk about being managed out of the business. 14 years almost to the day. Mostly SWG over the years but was moved to storage two years ago. Not a shock at all , it truly was a matter of time. NO WAY to meet objectives. No need to go into all the reasons why. Separation is last two weeks of this month and then 30 days of severance. No sour grapes here , just a bit sad to see how much things have changed. For those who are still employed here - keep your head on a swivel ; and for those who have moved on - all the best.

What does that mean? Is this an RA, PIP, or something else? Were there others? Are you saying that yo are out the door in two weeks (no three month zombie period) and with one months severance pay?
