Rumors that there will some rather significant re-sizing of the business as they move into a more customer aligned organization. Already seeing some of this at the top levels of the company and as things flush out you will see it trickle down to the broader organization. Sporadic departures have been occurring almost weekly, but as is typical for TR, the majority will most likely occur in Oct-Nov.
