WesternGeco is becoming a difficult place to work. Maybe they want attrition with the current market conditions. Squeezing people to work longer hours for no upside.
Try to keep you from getting any bonus by incorporating many meaningless tasks tied to percentages. Environment can be toxic due to fall off in the industry.
Seismic is dead in the water. Go re-train for something else.
