Will miss RS. As I am sure everyone will. She is/was an awesome co-worker and the lose of her will be felt for a while! What does the board say about so many on that floor jumping ship? You would think at some point they would step in...

The biggest problem with SWN employees is, they have no one training them properly. My first question to a potential employee from SWN, would be, who was your mentor? I feel sorry for them, as they know not the proper knowledge to have.
RS.. google legal adminstrative assistant
Run for the hills!
SWN is obtuse. For the very young employees, stay there. SWN won’t be your last rodeo. Your opportunities lie ahead. In the meantime, learn as much as you can and keep your resume updated.
Future executives are at SWN and the USA needs them.
Nat gas is in the tank. CEO does know up from down. We are a bloated company with our only hope being increasing nat gas prices. There is simply too much of it in the US that drillers can get to easily. Our [adjective] assault on prices helps marginally, but unfortunately doesn't change the fate of our assets.
RS saw this and worked close to our CEO for a long time. So, what does that tell us?
Remind me, who is RS ???
The board is derelict in its governance duty to shareholders because they have given too much trust in a leader who has done a better job in selling his own competence than demonstrating it. Next year is shaping up to be much like 2017 - flat gas prices, flat growth and flat stock price - with lots of activity but no results. This is consistent with our CEO's leadership - he is not getting it done. Layoffs are likely because it's an easy button for him to push.
Have any of you read the job posting and the raving description of SWn looking for new VP of Corporate Development? unbelievable! !!
Who is RS ?
It's not boards job to worry about people leaving. Swn has a target on its back at this point. Years of being innovative or creative or leader long past. Everyone in here is looking for another place to work, retiring, waiting for next round of packages or too young, inexperienced to look or part of the group drinking the koolaid. Congrats to RS!!!
People who weren’t laid off and remain at SWN, are sitting on employment death row. Just a matter of time now. Fortunately, unlike the real death row, folks don’t have to write their resumes on toilet paper, and hopefully, pride and quality in work are still being undertaken for their own satisfaction and peace of mind.
Good luck!
Goodness, if the board was going to do anything they would have long ago. The main job of the board is to hire the CEO, and monitor his work.. ceo is deeply entrenched and he , sr mngmt and board are s---ing as much value as they can form shareholders while they can ...
She is great, very smart and a great person! A true loss! Wait until bonus payouts to see the exodus pick up even more speed.
