Oil and gas is for su@kers. Get out or continue to take it in the backside. Everyone has it, everyone pumps it, supply high, demand low. Get it? Probably not. At least you will have something to blame for your lack of motivation.

This is very true. For those under the age of 40 get smart and get out now! You still have time to start a new career. Nothing tanks like oil and gas. This industry, and especially Noble, does not care about you or any of us. They will lay you off and not think twice about it. The economy is good and other industries want and need you! Why flounder in this industry?
