Was just told that layoffs will occur in large numbers just before Thanksgiving. You have to love that. Hit everyone right before the holidays.
Has anybody else heard anything about this? It would be good to know if there is any credence to this rumor, to be prepared (if one can ever truly prepare for something like this.)
Too bad Phi Beta Frito started at the top...and has been the acceptable norm for decades. The frat bothers & sorority sisters are going to do anything they can to protect each other - and they’re easily more than half the FLHQ management. Let’s hope senior leadership sees through it - but I’m not highly optimistic.

Hopefully this will be it for the old boys network, all these useless directors and managers that run the place like a frat house and just take care of and promote and cover for their frat bro golf and drinking buddies. Pepsico has directors without any direct reports, what a joke, hopefully all these clowns get canned.

I have heard November and February now as impact dates. Maybe both? Either way, it’ll be significant. I also hope they successfully trim the fat & incompetence - because there is a hell of a lot of dead weight at Pepsi.
Really don't mind layoffs if they layoff the right people. You know the ones who sit around and do absolutely nothing collecting six figure pay checks. Hey geniuses, want to save $$ and cut costs? Get rid of the zero performers, who can't make it anywhere else.
