IBM has taken down its employee "ACCESS IBM" phone list. Customers now must call India to find anyone at the company. The India call center says the system is "down" but will not acknowledge that this was done intentionally, though it has been offline for about a week now.
Meanwhile huge cuts across former SWG operations are happening. Not sure about rest of IBM.
Whatever happened to Ginni's commitments to rebuild customer relationships? Hard to do that if your customers have no way to reach you!
