The last time Dell announced a $1Bn investment in something was in Public Cloud ... I seriously doubt they ever spent that amount ... anyhow see how that went ...
Lots of B.S. and lot's of hype, but no confidence that Dell will ever be anything but running in 2nd or 3rd place behind the real leaders.
