Only talented people staying are either on the top 30 promoted in a crisis team, close to vesting or can't find a place to go. Just look around. I was so on board w CK at first but now he seems weak and clueless and the worst of all, greedy.
Haha. Go ahead. Please, split. Could things be better, yeah, but I'm working and enjoying what I do.
If you already have a pessimistic outlook on life in general, it's better to just cut ties and let the others who want to make a positive difference lead. Good luck to all.
