The richest semiconductor company of the past two decades has squandered it all.
Apple, Samsung, TSMC and Nvidia are all far more innovative and are executing well with strong leadership. Intel on hebother hand is late to every party, failed at 10nm, and grasping at straws with 🤡 leadership, amazing the BoD and investors have tolerated this, but the ACT ends next year as FUBAR is revealed for all, are you ready?
But the board is very entertaining. I have nothing to do with Intel but i still read the board because it is so much fun. Remember the job of a clown is to entertain and make people laugh

There are still some good employees, although fewer and fewer, facing this increasing stigma whenever they are looked from outside.
The higher on the pyramid the more clown like it is.
Vicious cycle, where clown hires alike, is one of the roots of Intel deterioration.
Other root is that demons of broken values roam and spread like disease.
Third root as engineering standards deterioration lays in what some call power points and engineering detached or vision reality detached smoke and mirror primarily driven by clowns self interests milking what is left of Intel's monopoly cadaver. High level technical employees are progressively reality attached as their skills are smoke and mirror. Management chain is even worse measured by their required mix of expertise or rather heavy lack of. By internal numbers less than 1 in 10 PE's has any hands on skills, while in other small-mid-big high tech companies this ration is reverse 9 in 10 or more. Often employee with hands on skills is increasingly looked unfavorably and pushed to convert to bad culture and deteriorated standards to produce same smoke and mirror power points.
Fourth is heavily political HR that constantly fails to address things in correct way.
There is nobody to from above, like former founders, to see this and clean it.
Other companies can be found to have similar problems although not at this level and mix, except likes CISCO and Linkedin to which nobody wants to look up to.
Corrections to this picture are very welcome.

Having Intel on your resume is pretty much a dead end for your career at this point. Bonus credit if all you have is Intel.
