Has anyone impacted in Sept layoffs received the release agreement ?

Been working for them over 10 years......... Watched them let go sooo many people the past 5 years. It's Ridiculous!!! Now they have a dictator leader that has no clue!! The only thing they have left to do is hurt their internal culture by letting more people go. In turn.... the good customers will leave. I've watched this over and over. In addition, I've been watching the leaders of this company absolutely drive it downward and the only thing they have left to do is fire mass individual contributors. So sad!!!
All I can say is....if I am let go next, they will regret me taking their business to their competition. Probably why I am still here........for now!

Basically said I really didn't have much choice, this was before the lawsuits were made public.
You may want to have it reviewed, and make sure your attorney is aware of them.

I had my attorney look at it.

I got mine on Oct 5th. You can't turn it in until Oct 6th. There is a 7. day revocation period. If they receive your forms on Oct 6th, it will be held till Oct 13th. Your 1st severance check will be on Nov 3rd. This info came straight from Human Resources
You will get it right before your effective date. You don't want to send it in, until after it.
