Randy is a slick bastard and needs to be fired and all his money taken away. He is the epitomy of what is wrong with corporate culture worldwide. We need to shut down the entire system of greed and lies.

I was listening to a video presentation where Randy was discussing leadership principles. He kept stressing the importance of risk taking and brought up example of tmobile. What he neglected to stress is using other people’s money to take risks and them cover up your mistakes by cutting US work force. So, basically con as many people as possible, blame the con on someone else and take a payout at the end. What kind of a nutr job is this and he is a leader for the Boy Scouts serving as a role model for our kids. I tell you no thank you.

Randal wouldn't use the term layoff - Get with it - Resource planning and optimization - not laying off anyone, positioning for 2020 or whatever buzzword. He could just say focusing on the international picture - and mean outsourcing- he is a slick one.

Seriously, Randy can’t even acknowledge that he is laying off thousands of US workers. That says a lot. Be brave and acknowledge the truth stop hiding behind your moms skirt :)
