BDC storage has seen a huge 180 degree turnover since last one month. They were the pampered boyz all play and no work group getting all the benefits and corrupt to the core. The were known for abusive management and rampant favouritism and nepotism. But EMC management has shredded this incompetent team to pieces. First they fired the useless director who just did nothing last four years. The management team are made to report to disparate groups. This is the EMC way of divide and conquer and fire. This is the beginning of the end of BDC there is going to be more layoffs in this group than anyone there can imagine.

to be fair Indian mid management are excellent upward managers. Dumb low IQ or anything, senior management loves them and because of this specific charisma, many good things are going India's way, including lots of junks too but hey, good things counts. Other parts of the world are losing jobs they are gaining.

What is BDC?
I want to connect this with post on Dell being a low IQ team. This BDC storage team has very low technical skills but very cunning. Even the two techies who call themselves as some chief architects have never written proper code. The senior techie was a sustenance manager who was laid-off from EMC. The other one is a UX guy with no other experience and survives only by bulls hitting. The other engineers are a pathetic bunch basically layoff and discards from Netapp, EMC. The super techies, directors and program managers have no connect with the teams. The super techies do PowerPoint with fake information and thoroughly fooled EMC management in cyclone migration. The senile directors are another pathetic bunch counting months and days for their retirement while playing video games and watching YouTube all the time. We have to see if these fellas will get exposed by new management or they will succeed in their conjob of pulling the wool over management. After all they have honed this skill for decades.
