I think the following quote reflects the reality at DXC for those loyal, former HPE and CSC:
"Never push loyal people to the point where they don't give a damn." (Peter Drucker)

Everyone is looking for a way out but for those of you with 10-20 yrs of experience can round up enough resources and start your own company that would be the way to go. Working for a big company feels like working for a McDonalds, you are expendable and no one cares who or what you are. The large # of employees on their payroll should be a huge warning sign for anyone working for the too big to fail companies. You are overhead to them they want you boot you out and outsource the to the lowest corner of the world for labor. If they could outsource the work to an amoeba, they would.
It's great to no longer having listen to all the BS spin. A WFR = less stress, better opportunities to undertake meaningful work for an employer that cares about its employees and better work/life balance.
I gived a damm for 20+ years but management got rid of me because I was too expensive, too knowledgeable and too willing to grow my skillsets. Good luck to the graduates that took on my work, especially as they now miss the great contributions that I made to the Account. That's all in the past now and I have moved on to LTUAE.
Been there for awhile....
Yes that point has been well and truly reached, and it's going to be very expensive (so never going to happen) to change it
I think we are all there. They keep talking to us like we should give it our all while the company screws us over at every turn.
this point has been reached, sadly...
