@1utl First of all, retard, there are no dollar signs in OPs post. OP did not specify which site he is talking about. Still don't get it?
Second, retard, Intel has sites in different areas of the US, with greatly different salaries.
At GR10 little geo difference
You are dufus. Don't you see $ sign in front of 280k? Are you paid in $ in bangalore. Dufus people like you working at Intel is huge problem.
Lots of PE collecting pay for past achievements and underpaid engineers backs they are riding on!
More than they deserve....
280k for a Principal Engineer in Bangalore?
No? Well, then what significance does that answer have when neither OP nor you indicated which site you are referring to?
Average around $280-300k.
@czo doesn’t understand the concept of ranges or distributions or variance. Perhaps a little more stats knowledge and you too could be a principal engineer.
How would anyone know the total comp? RSU assignments can vary greatly from year to year. It's a dumb question in the first place, especially as OP failed to specify a site.
We talking just cash and what EB mutiplier or just base? The you talk about stock L1 or L3 run rate?
It is a wide range, say from 200K-ish to north of 400K, total comp. Depends on years in grade, specialization etc.
