All covered medical and prescription drug** expenses count toward the deductible, including mental health and substance abuse.
There are no individual deductibles under family coverage. All covered family members pay toward the family deductible. The family deductible must be met before the plan begins to pay coinsurance.

Home delivery: You pay 30% of the cost ($95 minimum, $215 maximum)*** for 61 to 90-day supply.
