You do know that these three one off payouts 4 times a year are actually all of the pay rises UK&I are getting below L3?

Unfortunately, the real Business leaders that I had respect for, have since all left the company. There weren't many of them and you can probably recall mentors in your career that you've looked up to; who have inspired you or helped you in some way. Now think about the current crop of so-called "leaders" all out to cover their own back.
The real movers in the company had their wings clipped by the bean-counters in charge, trying to reel in these folks in. These leaders believed in investment and, if you like, wining lack of investment and going into battle with no backup or armour, that they realised the company was digging itself into the ground and left of their own accord. Many have since started their own Consultancy Businesses offering clients what the clients originally wanted: technology and Business guidance by people who know their field and not blindly trying to flog something off the shelf that only meets 20% of the client's needs for 80% of the budget.
Unfortunately, I can't think of a single remaining leader who is inspiring, shows passion, integrity; can motivate his or her teams and above all, can be trusted. You will find such leaders/mentors in your working career and they are the type that will help, support and motivate you. Great leaders do that. But what you have now is, well,,, what's left at the bottom of the barrel.
Would a gold star from any of these remaining fools be worth anything to you? How people say "Thank you" these days when you've done a good job? Just simple things like that is often quite powerful, especially when it comes from someone you respect.
I don't mean to belittle the idea of reward for a job well done, but given that one hand is stabbing people in the back and the other hand is handing out sweeties (at least he's not throwing them!) feels shallow window-dressing as if designed to 'improve morale' in the current depressing climate.
Trust and respect died a long time ago.
And this blatantly proves that Transformation people are on this forum. For those that don't know what I mean... it's the people who get bonuses to f--- you over.
There is NO WHERE or place where these bonus prizes have been advertised, so either the rates are b---s--- or Nick Wilson is also posting here!!

Plus remember there can only be one winner for each level in the whole of the UK, so not really a replacement for the the old recognition points but you can bet Nick will use this as an example of what a great company DXC is, how lucky we are all to work there and forget to mention all the other crap they inflict on staff

The 'prizes' are Gold - £500, Silver - £250 and Bronze £100. They are really pushing the boat out...
I assume there's no nectar points or amazon vouchers with that?
Maybe you can you claim back the PDF printing costs or the cost of the personalizing it with glue and glitter.
