First of all, who is the idiot that raise up Noel? that is totally a dumb.
PH should shutdown. India should be preparing to shut down...
DXC should go to Laos, Cambodia, zimbabwe.
After that they will be going to Safari to outsource it to Monkey and pay them peanuts.
Manila (Philippines) is better for service desk jobs, call center jobs, and customer interaction jobs.
India is better for IT jobs (scripting, automation, IT service delivery, security, migrations, upgrades,etc)
No point in being biased, say it like it is.
However, cost wise, India is cheaper than Manila.
Costa Rica and Manila is really waste of time - India is better compared, but need commitment to the customer if they want to survive.
Dxc should be in Siberia.
Yep most POD's and India outsources can do only scripted processes and if something goes wrong or there could be ways to make things better. They do nothing.
Cheaper yes, Better for DXC and our customers no!
lol .. yeah .. PH has talent, and India is so much better ... both are cheep, and can do a task if you tell them how to do it. don`t ask either of them to think out of the box because it will not happen.
