Hidden and shady criteria is in place and this time it is called everything goes. No more reporting layoffs. Now Intel is gaming the system by cutting whole groups and individuals in thousands by presenting it as performance based despite all of them having Successful or above focal. Very simple, OWM are first, then WM, then non-Indians.
Many are speculating that the next cuts will be project based. They'll start with cutting redundant roles on a project then move to cutting entire projects.
