It'll happen EVENTUALLY yes. Everyone knows this. At this point this type of news isn't even relevant.

Sears will not go bankrupt until 80% or more of Seritage owned properties are leased by someone other than Sears/Kmart.

The other factors are irrelevant. Sears job is to continue to fund those properties by eeking out just enough money to do so.
