If you work at chk and are not looking for a real job you are in trouble. No severance will be handed out, market will flood with desperate chk employees, get out now or pack your bags because okc will have nothing to over if you wait. Dont be stupid.
Doug has met expectations ... that he would fail.
The top 5 people in this company are the ONLY people that directly effect the stock price - just a FACT. Their decisions, competence and knowledge (or lack there of) is what the analyst use to determine the chk stock price. Shorts love chk stock because they make a ton of money knowing this company will always underperform. SO when you're a senior leader and don't know what to do - spend even more millions on this unfreezing BS that is doing more to actually freeze this CULTure. We need every single person focused on the basics of running a business - not this I love you - you love me BS! Can you believe the number of high level people that are now going to run around unfreezing rather than doing their JOB? Just crazy!

CHK is now classified as a penny stock. It will NEVER recover.
Maybe it's time the executives have q performance evaluation. "Doug has not met expectations."- the entire company
Bashing and spreading lies is a bit different than fed up employees telling the truth about what is going on with the company.
Something needs to be done about the huge amounts of shorts happening with this company stock. Seems everyone on here is bashing it, trying to drive the stock price down. The company leadership needs to address this.
Telling other employees how to control their stock in order to drive up stock price seems to flirt with insider trading, but I know that nobody at CHK would do something unethical.....right????
