What flawless execution you are talking about in KSA, the management is incompetence , and one of the main reason to have BHI or New BHGE to operate in Saudi with that volume , as Aramco needs to keep competition ongoing between major service providers to control services offering prices , other than that you have a clueless management running the business in KSA...they have to give many aspects for free to keep running the business...as I said incompetence and clueless management ...
