Recently all of IBM employees received cut in pay bit CEO got massive increase (millions). My husband had his pay cut by over 10k a year ($5 an hour). They were told you either take it or your contract is terminated effective immediately. Outrageous!!
This is truly ridiculous and disgusting. Same thing happened here to several people. The greed they are exhibiting is staggering. They don't understand that this will cost the company in the long run, when all these people pack their bags and go to IBM's competitors. I know I am looking left and right.
