shut up and do your jobs

I am so sick of service people whining on this site. One of my prospect customers found this site and you cost me a sale.

Quit whining about your job. If you don't like it then leave. You wouldnt have a job if it wasn't for people like me oing the hard work of finding new customers to make sales. where do you think the money comes from. i guarentee you don't work half as much as those of us actually making this company work and I am sick of your whining

shut up do your job or get out

Sell all you want. Then you can install it and maintain it.
I worked there 10 years ago. Absolutely the worst company I ever worked for.
Low pay and arrogant managment and sales.
Have been working in MA since. A lot more money.
Truth is Managment and Sales are horrible at most companys that have more than 50 employees. The bigger the company the worse they are.

The problem with this place is the CRO made these morons from sales believe the above statement. If I had to guess who this was see below:

Guy who has a scar on his face from getting his has slapped around

Usually see him following CRO like a puppy dog

Biggest fing loser on this planet

Most likely had a 3some with CRO

Pure Scum

So happy this guy lost a sale. I wish I could have been there to witness it in person.

The "Service vs Sales" is a big part of the problem the organization has been dealing with for some time. We are all part of the same machine. When service is feeling the strain from not enough cycles to do all of the work demanded, they get stressed out. When Sales is pushed to hit increasing quotas, they feel stressed. The biggest problem is not with sales OR service, rather it is with sales AND service.

We are all part of the same team and until we get to a point where we are not demanding perfection, or for others to "just make it work", this company will continue to struggle.

I hope we can all work together to make this a better organization. I have met some incredible people and some that are just listening to that popular WII-FM (What's In It For Me)

Hey dummy, the money doesn't come from sales. A monkey could do that job. You don't make the product, you don't know how to install or support it. Sales takes talent, but the idea that you are what makes the company go is a joke. Your job is easiest because after you make a sale you wipe your hands of everything and assume everything will be perfect from now to eternity -as if anything actually works that way.

Woo little sales boy is getting mad . It's obvious there is a lot of truth to this forum that's why your so upset . I'll bet your one of the worst sales people at carousel and barely scratch out a living otherwise you'd be spending more time on

Leafs than commenting here . As for service carousel used to have the best service team around until new management made it unbearable to work for . Maybe you should shut up and do your job and learn the products so service doesn't have to carry your water like a little cry baby

By the way this company s---s

If it wasn't for sales there wouldn't be any customers or jobs for you. That's what wrong with service. You don't understand how things work.

Why do I have to take calls from my customers when service screws up? Because you aren't doing your jobs.

Quit whining and get back to working. That is what you get paid for. And you should thank a salesmen for your job. We are the reasons you have them.

Where do I think the money comes from? Certainly not from you. The jobs also do not come from you. The money comes from customers and the jobs come from customers as well. If you want to attract customers and keep them then you should treat your employees with respect and pay them a living wage so that your employees don't 'whine' on this site about their employer.
