Oh, no it'll be Fusion. Oh, no, it'll be ---- (insert whatever you want to insert)...
No FedEx for me but I was done today. Been updating the LI profile and polishing my resume.
F--- all of this.

You did the right thing. Congratulations!
Yes! Step out into the light of day and leave all the crap behind!
OP, good luck to you. I hope you (and everyone who's getting THE PACKAGE -- in this round and future rounds) find something great soon. Onward and upward!
TK rules by fear and intimidation.
@P3mh08y-lcl <- THIS
I work in TK's org. Zero vision. Zero leadership. Zero direction. Zero trust. All the products made under him are garbage (Fusion Apps anyone?). Everything TK inherits from other companies, his incompetence eventually destroys. He can't make a decision and stick to it. Every 3 months everything changes. Now matter how skilled and hard working some of the product teams are, disastrous leadership from above eventually dooms all of our products and services to "Oracle-level quality".
Don't blame your sales team if they can't sell a pile of carp
All Hands Calls, they try to blame the sales team. They want people to get trained and certified. Become an Enterprise Cloud Architect (ECA), that will fix everything. Now they believe they have to hire people from other cloud companies and pay them crazy high compensation and that will fix it.
No it won't. Most customers are not stupid. They know that many of the products are subpar. Even if the product was good or even great, they don't trust Oracle. They get audited, they get shook down, and when they need support that they paid for, they find that it is very bad because all the good engineers have been laid off.
AMEN
Don't blame your sales team if they can't sell a pile of carp
They have to continue to buy growth. Why do you think they paid billions for Netsuite? They aren't done acquiring companies. It's probably the best thing they can do because they can't engineer an organic cloud product to save their life. They should replace TK with someone who can build quality products that customers actually want to use and would be willing to pay for. Don't blame your sales team if they can't sell a pile of carp. Don't blame your engineering team when the dev leadership keeps changing direction by the day or week. If you build a car that the wheels fall off of and people don't want to buy, the last person you should blame is the salesperson.
Dude chill a bit. It's OK, we'll be fine.
