New SVP - really? Not based on skill set but on name. Classroom 'strategy' - it's a joke, no one knows what they are doing. Sales - heading south. Sad to see. Layoffs coming? Probably so, but at least some people got their undeserved promotions and raises first.

Not sure who you're talking about but it's not a guy. Has the Follett last name.....
The guy that got promoted had a high stock price.
Sinking ship slowly but surely. They put someone in charge of classroom who doesn't even live in IL or know what he is doing. And he reports up to someone who knows even less. I guess it's who you know not what you know.
And they canned their best innovator. Build something great and someone else gets the credit and cash. No incentive to perform.
