Imagine that- the EC runs there mouth in earnings and give out forecasts that everyone knew couldn't be met. Now the employees pay for it and the EC get more stock grants and promotions.
Just 50% increase in stock price gets almost a penny on the worthless options.
The attitude problem is 100% a result of the stock price and the lack of accountability for managers, directors, VPs and executives that can continue to underperform and never have to answer to anyone.
