The company knows that older workers with families and friends will not tear up roots to move someplace else to work for Randy. It is a conscious scheme to get rid of older workers. Like everything else this company does, not even a new strategy, Boeing did the same thing a few years ago.
I won't relocate and uproot the family. I'll find another job where I live.
Put in a transfer to I&R in Houston
