The contractor PM managing the gig did not last more than 2 months. Was he replaced by a cheaper resource? Most likely!
Exactly! We respond to RFP's with quotes regarding years of industry knowledge. Guess we will just leave that section out now.

Of course, we keep laying off the 'experienced team' and replacing them with cheaper alternatives...so when you are winning deals based on experience...how long until you can't win any deals because you no longer have any.
