I see people mentioning new layoffs most likely will take place in September, and I have not seen anybody mention August (haven't been through all of the threads here, though.) Does that mean we can relax even for a short period? I know something is coming down the line, but I need at least a few weeks without feeling there's an axe hanging above my head that can go down at any time.
