This was brutal. So sorry for all the people who lost their jobs, I truly hope you land on your feet and find a better company than Sabre that actually cares about its employees. Do we know if this was it for this wave (I am positive more waves will come down the line,) or will they proceed with more layoffs today?

It isn't over for any part of the compay. Monthly layoffs through 2017
The outages in ETO is the key reason Sabre is losing customers.
CPTO DK never got the Outage issue drom Day 1 but is no longer with the company
SVP of ETO TM is out too. Could never get a handle on the issue, made up some unrealistic plans including outsourcing to BLR. Now Sabre is left holding the bag. I am sure that the new person will reverse all these plans and we will start from scratch again without the Outage issue being fixed.
Incompetent VPs from ETO have to go ASAP
The list was totally financially driven. No regard to impact of some roles being eliminated, and not product driven. Non-visa US based employees are deemed to expensive.
Capped to avoid WARN. Expect similar numbers in the future.
I would say many of people laid off won't land on their feet. Why? Because hearing the names of many of them I can only say FINALLY! All those names in AS and ASPD of people that moved from position to position for ten or twenty and were so bad at their job that it's mind blowing!
Now I hope they will clean up VP level and ETO and maybe Sabre will stand a chance in software industry.
Heard another round for P&T in 2 months time. Same number of layoffs expected.
They said it is over...for now
