The best people left when they figure out what a set of incompetent predators the Board hired.
The severance agreement states you agree not to say anything bad about the company in public or in private during the length of your severance. This website proves that lots of people ignore that requirement. Sean and company are truely hideous people.
It's no surprise. Working here is miserable.
Gerrit left town. Now working out of Florida collecting a paycheck until October before he gets his big retirement. He has had little to no sacrifices compared to us that still work there. It is miserable. He took the best damn IT department and turned it upside down. On the flip side we all got brand new laptops to try and make us "happy".
They continue to lay off people in small amounts and their latest tactic involves forcing employees out by ultimatum. This involves either they do what they are asked or take the severance. They are also told not to tell anyone and act like they are leaving by their own choice.
Reports are that Sean has slashed the budget for new investments. So canabalizing the company is the only real option. You can only go so far until everything breaks or falls apart.
The more I watch and listen to Sean and his crapweasles, the more I realize that they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. This is the " Best Talent" we can get???
They sold Lamb Wesson ,split off the potato business and now heavy speculation of selling Chef Boyardee off. The money makers are being sold for what? Their stock is garbage, is losing money in the current booming market. If the stock market cools then you could see at least a drop of staggering proportions. I think the discussion of removing the top leaders needs to be addressed.
More like the Marx Brothers.
Senior Leadership Team reminds me of the Three Stooges.
