Amarillo recently lost our vote to go union but Since ATS is technically a different company, once we switch do we still have to wait a year from when we lost as Suddenlink? Or can we try again as soon as we switch?

MESSAGE TO AMARILLO TECHS
You blew it!
You've made the same exact mistake that other depots have made here in the Northeast region.
You guys have no foresight. You should've voted YES for one simple reason. To NOT have Altice management summarily change the terms and conditions of your employment.
You were all mesmerized by the tap dancing and indirect threats made by Mr. Hilber the manipulator. He's an expert at what he does and that's why he'll continue to be Dexter's number one asset.
Sure you can attempt to unionize again at ATS, but they will had already locked you into negative changes to your employment by the time you would file for an election. It'll be next to impossible to get back certain benefits after it's stripped away.
People need to understand that ATS was created for several sinister reasons.
-
ATS is a contracting company
-
ATS employees will continue to have their benefits diminished
-
ATS is not legally bound to any of the conditions that were ordered by the state of New York & New Jersey
-
ATS enables Altice to keep all their Network operational expenses hidden from Wall Street (makes Altice appear more lucrative)
-
ATS makes it much easier for Altice to rid themselves of employees whenever they choose to
-
The so-called 'generation gigaspeed' is just as easily attainable with Altice's existing technicians, no real need to create a new company for that purpose
Why bother to many thick headed techs that drank the kool aid and fell for there lies and bs. Watch there gonna treat you guys worse then before because you guys lost. And there's nothing you can do for a year so it's gonna be open game on Amarillo. The sups are happy as well as aom 5gs for the sups and 25gs for the aom for tricking you into thinking this place has your best interest meanwhile there laughing all the way to the bank.
