7.Altice/ATS will eventually force more voluntary seperations, buyouts and layoffs of post optimum employees and techs in the future, before during and or after 2018, as they are set out to lower OPERATIONAL, BENEFITS, and SALARY costs, to increase their savings. Setting their stage for the Altice IPO.
8.Within 4-5 years. All departments, Service, Fiber, OSP, Construction, ISP, lightpath and design will be phased in under the contractors working for ATS, leaving you the technicians to either the contractors or leave the company.
