Seagate says you're supposed to get your pay reward from accumulating seagate stock with the stock purchase plan and getting the dividend. You matter as a shareholder, but if you are a non-shareholder employee then Seagate says you are a piece of sh-- who doesn't play the game the way they want you to be played.

How do seagate management hope to motivate employees?? RIFs,no bonuses,no pay rise and the management continually treating workers like dogs**t.I agree with the sentiment that if seagate are going to underpay people then management have to expect people not working as hard as the expect them to.Pay peanuts get monkeys.

How many hours?
I'm one of the impacted ones with a delayed termination date in Sep. We would be getting the bonus, whatever that amounts to.
