Just 1 quarter of missing profit forecast and they freeze the pay increment.
Still paying healthy dividends. Again showing shareholders are more important than employees.
I'm still around, but I hope I won't be soon.

Yeah. And he's the one who froze it for the rest.
There is one employee with no pay freeze lol guess who?
Not only that. I expect them to actually come out and blame the employees for this disaster while they milk this s---er into oblivion.
Getting tired of it as well. Millions of dollars spent on shareholder divs when cutting back or investing that in employees would have a dramatic positive impact instead.
heheehe, what a stupid and shortsighted move - treat shareholders well, you get a short term positive impact on the stock price. treat employees like we do, pay a long term price by not being able to innovate or operate as good as you should.
if i was a shareholder, i would be concerned big time... look how well this 'shareholders first' approach served companies like IBM - 20 quarters of shrinking revenue and no new products or markets conquered....
yep, keep screwing the worker and see how well this ends - a message for the ivory tower: you are running a knowledge and innovation based company - nothing but the worker will get you where you need to be and right now every single worker hates working here
